3. Payment Information

3.1 Payment Processing

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. By using our services, you agree to abide by Stripe’s terms and conditions, which can be found on their official website.

3.2 Booking Requirements

A session fee is required to reserve an appointment date and time for services.

Photography:

• In Studio Session Fee: $75
  • Includes up to 1 hour of studio time and 1 free edited photo.
• On Location Session Fee: $250
  • Includes up to 1 hour of studio time and 5 free edited photos.
• Palo Duro Canyon Session Fee: $350
  • Includes up to 1 hour of studio time and 5 free edited photos.
  • Client must pay their own park entry fees.

Photo Selection & Editing:

• • • Clients choose their favorite photos during the session.
    • A $25 processing fee per selected image is due at the session for editing.
    • Edited images will be emailed within 3 weeks of your session.

          *All photos include a print release for personal use. For commercial purposes, please inquire about our commercial release options.

Hair:

• Women’s Haircuts: $50
  • Includes a 1-hour session tailored to your desired style.
• Women’s Specialty Styling: $75
  • Includes a 1-hour session, ideal for intricate hairstyles or special occasions.
  • Each additional 30-minute block is $25.

3.3 COMMUNICATIONS & NOTIFICATIONS

By booking a session with Sparrow Studios, you consent to receiving booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up messages via email and/or text message. These communications are essential for managing your appointment and ensuring you receive important updates about your session.

• Clients may opt out of promotional messages at any time but will continue to receive essential appointment-related notifications.
• Standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.
• Sparrow Studios is not responsible for missed appointments due to failure to receive or check confirmation and reminder messages.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation and Rescheduling

To reschedule or cancel an appointment for salon or photography services, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.

4.2 Deposit/Session Fee Forfeiture

Failure to provide the required 24-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of your session fee (or deposit, if applicable).

4.3 Unforeseen Incidents

In case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents a scheduled shoot, a new date will be arranged.

4.4 Image Downloads

No refunds are issued for photo downloads due to personal preference changes. In the event of a technical issue (e.g., corrupted file), we will provide an alternate method of delivery.

4.5 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, please contact us with details. Once approved, we will refund the duplicate charge to the original payment method. It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Liability Disclaimer

5.1 Limitation of Liability

Sparrow Studios is not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Unforeseen circumstances during sessions
• Technical issues related to photography or web design

5.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with services provided by Sparrow Studios.

6. Web Design Services

6.1 Customized Services

Web design services are tailored to each client’s unique needs. Costs and project scope are agreed upon based on the client’s requirements.

6.2 Free Consultation

We offer a free consultation for web design to understand your needs and provide an estimated quote.

7. Copyright & Usage

7.1 Copyright Ownership

Sparrow Studios retains all copyrights to photographs and recordings taken during photography sessions.

7.2 Personal Use

You may reproduce images for personal use only (e.g., printing, emailing, personal web publishing). This permission applies worldwide.

7.3 Commercial and Editorial Use

No commercial or editorial use is allowed without explicit written consent from Sparrow Studios. This includes advertising, stock photography, or any form of resale.

7.4 Social Media

When posting images on social media, you may not alter them in any way, including adding filters.

8. Promotional Clause

8.1 Marketing

By participating in a photography session, you grant Sparrow Studios the irrevocable right to use your likeness (or that of your child/ward) for promotional purposes.

8.2 Inspection Waiver

You waive any right to inspect or approve the promotional use of these images.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be effective upon posting on our website.
