Important Policies & Expectations

Refund & Rescheduling Policy
All class bookings are non-refundable. Due to limited class size and high demand, we are unable to offer refunds for missed or canceled classes.

If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your class start time. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeited payment.

Learning Pace & Repeat Classes
Every child (and parent) learns at a different pace. Some participants may master skills quickly, while others benefit from repetition and additional practice.

Our classes are designed to build confidence over time. Repeat attendance is welcome—and often encouraged—for families who want additional hands-on guidance or skill reinforcement.
