Sparrow Studios Photography

Thoughtful Photography for Meaningful Projects

Sparrow Studios photography is currently available by inquiry only. Instead of offering open online booking for every type of session, we are taking a more intentional approach and reviewing photography requests individually.

This gives us the space to focus on the projects that feel like the best fit — especially dance photography, creative portraits, commercial work, branding images, and other sessions where we can slow down, plan well, and create something with purpose.

If you have an idea in mind, we would love to hear about it. Tell us what you are hoping to capture, where the images will be used, and what kind of feeling or story you want the photos to carry.

Photography We Love to Create

We are drawn to photography that has intention behind it — images that help someone tell a story, show their work, celebrate movement, or present themselves with confidence.

Dance Photography

Dance photography has a special place at Sparrow Studios. We love the movement, strength, emotion, and artistry that dancers bring to the camera. Whether it is a studio-style dance portrait, a performance-inspired session, or creative imagery for a dancer or dance studio, we enjoy creating images that feel expressive and polished.

Creative Portraits

We may consider portrait sessions when they have a clear creative direction or personal meaning. These can include styled portraits, milestone sessions, artistic concepts, or sessions built around a specific look or story.

Commercial & Branding Photography

For businesses, professionals, and creatives, we offer photography that helps present your work clearly and beautifully. This may include branding images, headshots, website photos, social media content, promotional images, or advertising visuals.

A More Intentional Process

  • Inquiry First: We start by learning about your idea, timeline, location, and goals.
  • Thoughtful Planning: If the project is a good fit, we will talk through the details before booking.
  • Careful Editing: Final images are edited in-house with attention to tone, lighting, detail, and polish.

Image Use

  • Personal Use: Some projects may include a personal-use release.
  • Commercial Use: Business, promotional, advertising, or revenue-generating use requires written permission or a commercial license.

Custom Pricing

  • Photography is quoted based on the project.
  • Pricing depends on the type of session, location, time needed, editing, number of final images, and how the photos will be used.
  • Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee booking, but it gives us the details we need to see if the project is a good fit.
  • If it is a good fit, we will respond with next steps, pricing, and booking information.

On Location Photography

Some sessions belong outside the studio. Whether it is a dancer in motion, a business in its own space, a creative idea built around a certain location, or a meaningful setting that helps tell the story, on-location photography can bring a different kind of depth to the final images.

On-location photography is currently reviewed by inquiry so we can make sure the location, timing, lighting, and project goals all make sense before booking.

For availability and pricing, please visit our On Location Photography Page.

Creative, Event & Specialty Photography

Sparrow Studios may consider select creative, event, portrait, wedding, boudoir, dance, or specialty photography requests when they fit our schedule, scope, and creative direction.

For a personalized quote or to discuss your idea, please submit a photography inquiry.
