Photography Sessions

Photography services are currently handled by inquiry only. Open public self-booking for photography sessions is closed at this time.

We may consider select photography projects, including:

• Commercial Photography: Business branding, advertising visuals, professional content, marketing images, and project-based commercial work.
• Dance Photography: Dance portraits, movement-based imagery, recital-related creative work, and performance-inspired sessions.
• Selective Custom Photography: Events, portraits, creative projects, or specialty requests that fit our schedule and style.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or booking. If the project is a good fit, we will respond with next steps, pricing, and booking requirements.

Salon Services

Select salon services may remain available through online booking for existing clients and referred clients.

  • Available for select styling needs, special occasions, or approved appointments.
  • Additional time may require additional fees.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

• No-Show Policy: Deposits, appointment fees, or booking payments may be non-refundable for no-shows.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Appointments may require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture of fees.
• Photography Projects: Photography cancellation, retainer, rescheduling, and refund terms will be provided in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement.
• Salon Services: Salon cancellation and rescheduling terms apply to appointments booked through the online system or directly with Sparrow Studios.
