Copyright and portfolio use
The Sparrow Studios name, logos, photographs, text, graphics, and layouts belong to Sparrow Studios or the applicable rights holders. They may not be copied, republished, altered, scraped in bulk, sold, licensed, used to train a model, or commercially exploited without written permission from the applicable rights holder.
Contact requests
Calls, texts, and emails begin a conversation only. A requested date or time is not held, and an appointment or project exists only after direct confirmation. Accepted work may be governed by a separate appointment message, proposal, agreement, release, or license.
Confirmed appointments, sessions, and payments
Carrie confirms a studio appointment or photography session only by directly providing a date and time. A confirmation may include preparation, deliverables, licensing, cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, balance, refund, or payment terms specific to that work. Sparrow Studios may send one or more private Stripe payment links after the booking record is created, including separate deposit and remaining-balance links. When an agreed total is recorded, the remaining balance shown by the private system is calculated from that total less verified net payments. A browser return page does not itself confirm that a payment succeeded; Sparrow Studios reconciles payment status with Stripe. Payment does not create an appointment, reserve a requested time, or, by itself, change the confirmed date, scope, deliverables, cancellation terms, or refund terms unless Carrie states otherwise.
Photography, salon, and website projects
Photography availability is limited and projects are considered selectively. Salon services are available by appointment and focus primarily on existing clients. Websites, dashboards, affinity portals, and related development services are provided by Sparrow Studios LLC for labor organizations and selected businesses. Portfolio examples do not promise identical features or results.
Signature Scenes and external links
Signature Scenes is a showcase rather than live inventory or online ordering. Third-party edition records, marketplaces, maps, social networks, and project websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. An external link does not transfer copyright, image-use rights, or physical artwork through this website.
Availability and questions
The site is provided as available and may not always be complete, current, or uninterrupted. Responsibilities for accepted work are governed by the applicable direct communication or written agreement. Use the Contact page with questions.
